CCI Kenya’s state of the art business process outsourcing center in Tatu City on track for 2024 completion
CCI Global first expanded into Kenya (in Nairobi) in 2016. Since then, CCI Kenya has become one of the leading business process outsourcing (BPO) providers for US and UK firms in Africa.
And construction of the CCI Kenya state of the art contact centre is well underway in Tatu City.
CCI Kenya — a leading business process outsourcing company
CCI Kenya is part of the wider CCI Global brand, which delivers digital customer management outsourcing services for international companies as a leading business process outsourcer. These services include options for you to outsource your customer call centre overseas, including outsource your customer contact functions, administration processes, as well as inbound sales functions, customer loyalty schemes, and back office support.
An established brand, the CCI Group has more than 17 years of experience serving all kinds of domestic clients and international clients around the world.
A top tier outsourcing business in Africa, CCI Global deliver excellent customer service to leading brands in the US, UK and Australia. They are the leader in the African BPO landscape.
The largest business process outsourcing (BPO) network in Sub Saharan Africa, CCI Group has its biggest operational sites in South Africa, followed by Kenya. In order to sustain specialist capabilities and to offer true value to employees as well as clients, CCI Kenya is establishing its purpose built location in Tatu City, the new economic zone in Nairobi.
Working to deliver digital customer management strategies and a comprehensive customer management service
The new purpose-built contact centre for CCI Kenya in Tatu City is a one of a kind, state of the art facility. It is located in Nairobi’s newest sustainable economic zone, and will be able to support up to 5,000 CCI Kenya employees.
Working at CCI Kenya offers employees a fast paced commercial environment in which to train and progress. This leads to a deep understanding of all aspects of its global delivery network and its specialist BPO partners.
CCI Global aims to create jobs across Africa
CCI Kenya represents part of the overarching mission of the CCI Group — to create a positive socioeconomic impact and improve opportunities for young people across Africa.
Part of this mission will be fulfilled when the Tatu City location is completed in 2024. The world-class, future proofed infrastructure of the location is spread over 2,500 acres.
With a custom designed office building, CCI Kenya will move into this LEED certified Grade A office building that will maximise its sustainability credentials but also the welfare of the thousands of employees who will benefit from working there.
LEED certification is Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design — a voluntary environmental certification system developed in 2000 by the US Green Building Council. By stressing the LEED certification of the Tatu City location, CCI Kenya proves its commitment to sustainability excellence across design, construction, operation and maintenance of the new contact center.
CCI Kenya employees will benefit from the purpose built contact centre
The new building fully reflects CCI’s outlook for the future of its BPO network, packed as it is with large, well designed recreational areas, modern design elements and large, flexible floor plates allowing for the contact centre to flex its operations and always deliver excellent customer service.
Rapid elevators will allow for fast and seamless shift changes, ensuring a continuity of service, whether the teams are set to deliver consumer sales, implement customer management services or work with specialist partners across mobile technology or leisure sectors.
The design of the work areas incorporates natural light, plenty of warm colours and wooden surfaces, setting a new standard for contact centers everywhere.
CCI Tatu City will offer the highest quality training to new employees
As well as being perfectly designed to handle the fast paced commercial environment of CCI Kenya, the Tatu City location will also have comprehensive in-house training divisions and a specialist recruitment division.
This will allow CCI to source the best possible candidates and fully welcome new employees with a structured career path. CCI Kenya intends to contribute a significant amount of new jobs to the overall numbers aimed for by the entire Tatu City SEZ development.
Set over five floors, with two underground parking levels, CCI Tatu City will form a key anchor point for Tatu Central, which is the business district of the new zone.
Employee welfare and training at CCI Tatu City
Rishi Jatania, Managing Director of CCI Kenya, says: “The Tatu City location fully focuses on the welfare of our workforce. Kenya offers an incredibly business-friendly environment and we know that there is so much potential for CCI Kenya here.
“CCI trains and supports all of our employees to become innovative, flexible and goal orientated facilitators of our bespoke client solutions. It doesn’t matter which specific partner they’re working with, or across which sector. The training and development standards remain high for all.”
And it’s not too long to wait — the facility is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024.
